JOB DESCRIPTION

• Releasing referral amounts to the referee for specific course.
• Managing secondary accounts of the organisation.
• Handling Travel Desk and making the necessary arrangement.
• Keep accurate records of Daily disbursals.
• Prepare Balance Sheets ( Departmental)
• Maintain Petty cash accounts for the respective branches.
• Prepare Monthly Records, Semi-Annual and Annual Records
• Review and implement Financial Policies

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Financial Executive
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Sharp time management skills
