What will you do

The Lead Product Engineer Content Management. As a pivotal role in the Technology & Data organization, working with the Product Group Engineer, Quality, this global role will be responsible for revolutionizing the way we build, test, and release products that fuel our business at its core, by developing a culture of innovative engineering, leading outstanding engineering teams that innovate, invent, implement and activate solutions that drive rich, unique digital experiences for our consumers and employees. This role lives at the center of the product-centric model and delivery of digital ecosystems. It will lead core engineering teams including Full-stack Engineering, Application Engineering, and QA/Testing Engineering. This role will be uniquely positioned to work collaboratively with strategic external partners, global leaders, and executives across the business and technology organization to passionately understand our needs and drive the delivery of products and platforms that create exceptional experiences.

This global role will work at the intersection of business vision & strategy, design, and technical execution to deploy, lead, and support a portfolio of products & platforms that fuel the core of the business across

Key Responsibilities

• The Lead role will server as both an internal and subject matter expert
• Manage the on-time and quality delivery, including activities involved in the planning, design and implementation of ENOVIA application
• Maintain technical specification documents to communicate project requirements, timelines, and deliverables to quality assurance and cross-functional teams
• Lead a team of developers and mentoring them on Content Management – PLM functionality, Record Information Management process
• Leverage and provide recommendations into tooling and platform standards
• Follow and increase the use of standard software languages and data products
• Lead, in collaboration with our partners, implementations of the Reference Architectures and Business Strategies
• Ability to function as part of a team and be a collaborator in the multi-discipline teams
• Ability to work in an agile environment, with an emphasis on speed, development, and collaboration + pair programming
• Oversee detailed project plans, schedules, metrics, resources
• Manage relationship with all stakeholders, including internals and externals. Keeping everyone well informed of progress and issues
• Provide subject matter expertise (SME) in PLM solution, Record Information Management (RIM) process.
• Collaborate with business to define future roadmap process and capabilities.
• Single point of contact for key program discussions and issue escalation and resolution within Kenvue business
• Work with developers in both an onsite and offshore environment. Support Implementation and maintenance activities
• Responsible for Design and Planning of the continuous release

What we are looking for :

Required Qualifications

• A bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information, or equivalent field of study
• 8-10 years of professional experience in Engineering and 3DExpericence, Data migration
• Experience in assessing and optimizing PLM lifecycles, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing process improvements. Accountable for the design and implementation of the future PLM solution
• Development experience in real-time streaming applications integrated with Kafka
• Understanding of the APIs
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management and solution
• Experience in Open Source Kafka and Kafka connect

Desired Qualifications / Good to Have

• Integration experience with Enovia and ERP Systems SAP, Concerto, Adlib etc
• Understanding of 12 factor methodology
• Strong experience with object-oriented development and
• Automation Technology – Set up the CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub and AWS
• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
• 3DEXPERIENCE Certifications
• Have completed multiple Dassault Systems certifications

Desired Skills

• Solid Technical knowledge on Java, J2EE, JSPs,HTML, XML, TCL and MQL
