What will you do

The Plan Technology Engineering Leadis responsible for OMP application and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Scope covers Global Plan applications including OMP, Anaplan, Compass etc.
• Responsible for Basis/EPPS, Security, Release train engineering, support, and partnering with technical architecture teams.
• Responsible for application platform engineering
• Responsible for basis, security and technical data architecture
• Key liaison to infrastructure and hosting teams supporting Global Plan applications
• Develops, plans and executes TLM / ALM working with the product owners
• Responsible for application reliability engineering.
• Manages Specialist Teams/vendors for effective ticket and problem management process.
• Connects with leader for Rapid Response and L1/catch and dispatch services to ensure optimal volume and throughput of tickets.
• Analyses escalated incidents, with temporary workarounds and solid resolutions, together with product owners and L3 support.
• Collaborates with product owners and infrastructure/hosting services to maximize platform reliability and availability.
• Designs and develops the monitoring solutions and event management processes.
• Ensures that decision criteria to move to steady state support are defined and aligned with development team and ensures a smooth transition of knowledge and operational responsibilities when new solutions are released into production.
• Ensures reliability engineering guidelines for the release process on the platform are in place and adopted by the RTE.
• Accountable for the compliant delivery and standardization of support and maintenance (incident, service request), ensuring that service performance meets or exceeds established goals / SLAs, and within budget.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Coordinate, lead, coach, motivate, and inspire the team to both deliver on agreed plans and to continuously improve.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required, preferably in Supply Chain or Information Management.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience is required
• Experience working in basis / infrastructure for SAP / OMP platforms is a must
• Ability to translate business requirements into Technical Epics/Stories. Experience working across multiple levels of business and IT stakeholders.
• Knowledge of technology trends and to apply this knowledge to existing business processes.
• Ability to think creatively about where business initiatives drive technology evolution and to break-down processes and reinvent enabling technology capabilities with partners is required.
• Demonstrated strong sense of urgency in completing deliverables, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong negotiating/ influencing skills, self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work effectively in highly matrixed organization and dealing with high levels of ambiguity.
• Strong personal commitment to continuous business improvement, and effectively collaborating and managing our business stakeholders.
• Capable of working as part of a team and on own initiative. Capable to change priorities quickly and influence others to do so.
• Ability to embrace changes and to deliver IT solutions in a fast-changing business/IT environment.
• Previous experience in working in a global, cross-functional capacity is required.
• Self-starter with collaboration abilities and abilities to shape/lead complexity is required.
• Experience with Agile methodology and strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation.
