KFC India Hiring for Manager – Brand Innovation at Gurugram, Haryana, India Full Time

As our Brand Innovator, you will:

• Create and execute the 18-month pipeline for the brand to drive sales and elevate brand imagery.
• Creation of new product concepts or finding new positioning ideas to making existing products more exciting. Must have a creative mind along with the ability to leverage consumer insights and other data for all product developmental work.
• Ideation of various events
• Tracking and managing the impact of new product launches on Top line and bottom line
• Leading multiple NPD projects at a time – managing multiple stakeholders finance, SCM, packaging, advertising agency.
• Lead the NPD squad and build cross functional synergies to deliver all innovation projects on time.

We are looking for:

• Strong project management and multitasking skills
• Data Analytics Consumer insights along with a creative bend of mind
• Team player & Self-starter / stakeholder management
• Excellent communication skills
• MBA, with 5-8 years’ experience in Brand/ insights and Innovation
• Work Experience of FMCG/Beverages/Snacking/Candy and fast-moving consumer goods
