1. Should have technical knowledge on below : JAVA8/Core JAVA, Spring, Angular, Hibernate and Microservices
2. Designing, implementing, and maintaining Java applications that are often high-volume and low-latency, required for mission-critical systems
3. Understanding/Knowledge on Deployment process
4. DB Knowledge (preferably My SQL)
5. Delivering high availability and performance
6. Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle
7. Should have effective communication skill
8. Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code
9. Should be able to conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging
10. Should be able to identifying other programs that could enhance current systems
11. Ensuring designs comply with specifications
12. Should follow proper coding standards
