Preferred Skills and Qualification
BE/ Master degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
12 + years of experience in a technical leadership role, with 8+ years in a automation focused role
Good experience in Web, Mobile and API automation testing
Good experience in Selenium, Java/Javascript, Cucumber, TestNG, Maven, Jenkins, Git, JIRA
Good experience in developing new automation framework
Good experience in POM, Hybrid and Data driven framework
At least 5+ automation projects, should have been implemented at client site
Should have handled 10+ team members team
Should have good presentation and communication skills
Good working experience in Agile methodology.
Good experience in SQL queries
Good to have Skills
Build CI/CD pipeline
Exposure on Micro services, Cloud and SaaSification
Certification in PMP, Prince2, Six Sigma
Functional automation tools UFT, UiPath, Katalon Cypress, WebdriverIO
Performance testing tools LoadRunner, Jmeter, Gatling
Duties & Responsibilities
Introducing new automation technologies to increase the efficiency and productivity levels
Design, develop, and implement automated solution to streamline business processes
Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and needs
Conduct feasibility studies to assess the potential for automation
Develop detailed project plans and timelines for the implementation of automation projects
Coordinate and manage the work of internal and external resources involved in the automation project
Monitor and report on the progress of automation projects
Manage changes to the scope of automation projects
Ensure that automation projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Provide training and support to users of automated systems
