Customer support for Ayurveda clinic in California, USA from Indian Branch
You will supporting existing clients and potential clients by email, chat by phone from 20:00 / 9pm to 03:00 / 4am (7 hours only).
responsibilities are:
- Responding to web chats (not many per day)
- Scheduling client appointments (using online schedule system)
- Emailing new clients with instructions (using email templates)
- Answering email inquiries (not many per day)
- Making invoices for Ayurveda products for existing clients (mostly clients reordering)
- Updating client CRM with notes.
Applicant must have good written and spoken English and interest in Ayurveda.
Job is not that busy or stressful. We have many email templets to use for email that just need some modifications. Only 6 hours work in nice home office. Those with knowledge of Ayurveda will be preferred .
Position is available immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
