Administrative AssistantWe are hiring for the role of Administrative Assistant at Khened VA Services & Consulting.Job Description1. Perform market research2. Create presentations3. Provide customer service via email, chat, social media4. Update the company website and social media accounts5. Blog article research6. Manage a contact list & CRM7. Email Marketing8. Complete entry-level bookkeeping, including recording expenses, organizing receipts, and completing other transaction records9. Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records10. Filtering email and responding to inquiries11. Calendar Management12. Respond to emails and phone calls13. Schedule meetings14. Book travel and accommodations15. All types of administrative dutiesJob Requirements1. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)2. Fully computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)3. Understanding on search engine (google)4. Research skills5. Analytical and logical skills6.
