HR Executive (Strategic HR) Responsibilities:
· Developing the Spread Sheets for Monitoring Performance.
· Developing HR strategies and practices.
· Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
· Structuring Incentives and benefits packages.
· Managing staff wellness initiatives.
· Improving relations between staff and employers.
· Analyzing Employee Skill Matrix
· Engaging with heads of department.
· Reporting on Weekly basis to the Strategic Head HR
HR Executive (Strategic HR) Preferred Requirements:
· Degree in human resources management.
· Strong leadership skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Analytical skills.
· Problem-solving skills.
· Proactive nature.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Meticulous attention to details.
· Highly organized, Good people skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
