Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Security Supervisor role located in Jammu & Kashmir, India. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing security operations and ensuring all security-related protocols are implemented and followed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a security supervisor, security officer, or similar role
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Experience in creating and implementing security policies and procedures
- Ability to monitor, supervise, and train security personnel
- Strong decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and adapt to different situations
- Valid Security License issued by the Government of Jammu & Kashmir
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
