Roles and Responsibilities Analyze and understand the requirement .
Sourcing candidates by sending mails, using job portals and referencing.
Posting ad and mass mailing on Job portals against skills requirements and locations.
Pre-screening and short-listing the candidate for the interview.
Scheduling the Interview and follow up for the same.
Negotiating salary and rolling out offers to the candidates accordingly.
To keep a track on selected candidates joining date in the company. Preparing reports, handling complete end to end recruitment process, Database Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates should be graduate
MBA/ Diploma in HR -Male candidates prefered
Candidate Must have recruitment experience
