Assistant Manager/Manager – Exhibition Venue Marketing and Sales Professional (Contractual)

– Kinexin Convention Management Pvt. Ltd. (KINEXIN) is the official venue operator of India International Convention and Expo Centre (IICC, www.iiccnedelhi.com), located in Dwarka Sector 25, New Delhi, India

– The IICC venue is being built in two phases. The current construction progress of Phase I is approximately 80%. In Phase I, Exhibition Hall 1, Exhibition Hall 2, and a convention centre with an 11,000-person seating capacity will be built

Position : Exhibition Venue Marketing and Sales Professional / Contract Worker / Full-time or part-time etc.

Location : Dwarka Sector 25, New Delhi (or Gurugram office)

Qualifications :

– 5 years ~ 10 years of work experience in large venue sales and marketing(Venue rental)

– Candidates with venue sales and marketing experience at exhibition and convention centres are preferred

– Ability to interact independently with multiple exhibition organizers

– Professional manners and presence

– Fluent English proficiency or equivalent

Job Description:

– Identify the appropriate exhibition organizers in India

– Proactively interact with the exhibition organizers in India to promote IICC

– Actively attract (make sales) exhibitions and ancillary events to IICC

– Research and build up databases of exhibition organizers in India

– Report regular results to senior staff members of KINEXIN

– Provide appropriate venue rental contracts to clients
