• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English and Hindi
• Computer efficiency with programs such as word excel, etc.
• Experience in managing calendars, scheduling to organizing meeting appointments.
• Making presentations for meetings
• Manage communication between upper management and aid the internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
• Taking charge of tasks with loyalty towards the organization with full responsibility for completing tasks.
• Arranging meetings, making minutes, circulation and follow up actions
• Open to travel (domestic and international)as and when required and accompany the chairman to key meetings/conferences/workshops as required.

Day shift 10 am to 6 pm

Location: Gurgaon (Cyber City)

Salary: Rs 40,000 to Rs 50,000 ( depending on experience and qualifications.

Will prefer urgent joining.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
