KKBC Hiring for JIRA Senior Administrator at Remote Full Time

Summary:

The JIRA Senior Administrator will be responsible for utilizing the Atlassian toolset and how those tools should be maximized for internal users. We are looking for a JIRA Senior Administrator who will be managing all of Atlassian’s ecosystems such as JIRA & Confluence.

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain the company’s JIRA and Confluence accounts and enforce best practices and standards
• Customizing and creating workflows for JIRA and Confluence for all users
• Configure and maintain JIRA and Confluence project, permissions, user, and security
• Assist in the delivery management processes and enforcement
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to JIRA and Confluence usage
• Provide scheduled and ad-hoc demos and training of all Atlassian Tools
• Provide tailored processes and JIRA manuals

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a software engineer
• Minimum 4 years of experience with hands-on expertise with the Atlassian ecosystems (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
• Solid experience in enabling enterprise-level processes using JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with configuring and supporting integration using development tools on JIRA
• Experience managing reports on JIRA and supported reporting applications
• Owns Atlassian certification will be a plus

Technical Requirements:

• Has own working space
• Fast internet connection
• PC or laptop with sufficient specifications

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
