Office Location: (Remote Opportunity) Position description:
We at Upgrad KnowledgeHut are looking for an experienced Placement Coordinator to join us and strengthen our Placement Vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible to develop and expand our Hiring Partner network and enable our students to successfully land jobs after they have graduated. Primary Responsibilities:

• Network with potential recruitment and hiring partners to develop and extend our pool of hiring partners
• Provide end to end career guidance services to our graduating students and equip them with everything they need to crack and land jobs with our hiring partners.
• Plan and set up hiring drives and events to increase chances of our students to crack interviews and be job ready
• Ideate and execute strategies to grow the hiring partner network
• Be well-informed with the current and latest developments and trends in the placement space for tech courses
• Provide detailed feedback to students after interviews and also gather feedback from recruiters to improve the process

Required work experience

• Years of experience: 2 to 4

Required Knowledge:

• 2-4 years of professional full time work experience associated with recruitment, placement, and hiring functions
• Experience in establishing Income Sharing Agreement model for students from scratch for tech courses
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrable experience in building client base
• Has proficiency using spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets), is able to analyse data and create reports from spreadsheets
• A positive “can-do” attitude.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate.
• Tremendously outgoing, engaged, creative and organized.
• Experience with LinkedIn and job boards is a must! (WordPress and JazzHR experience is a bonus!).

• Comfortable working in a non-hierarchical start-up environment
• Polite and persuasive conversational skills
• Familiarity with Zoom or other communication platforms.
• Able to maintain calm and professional composure under pressure
• Comfortable communicating over phone for extended periods of time
• Is proficient in both designing comprehensive processes and stringently implementing them
