The Product Support Analyst will be a part of a multi-discipline team that manages INVISTA’s maintenance execution and turnaround systems, building strong working partnerships with local site operational and engineering capability teams to deliver outstanding system and system reliability.

A Day In The Life Could Include:
(job responsibilities)

Implement solutions that improve the reliability and completeness of INVISTA maintenance execution and turnaround processes

Manage and maintain our current maintenance execution and turnaround systems ensuring the systems are reliable and available, with sufficient capacity to accommodate growth

Provide performance optimization and system health monitoring in support of compliance with overall health and availability targets for production systems

Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of issues, actively supporting development of system management’s best practices

Deploy and manage environment changes such as new interfaces, components, etc.

Monitor and maintain a variety of interfaces responsible for moving data between systems

Coordinate with systems, network and/or database administrators to implement application or system patches and upgrades; maintain proactive communications with users regarding activities, problems, status, timelines, and other details

Resolve complex technical issues that involve significant freedom of action, or which require working in a collaborative manner with multiple teams and stakeholders, such as network, information security, architects, database administrators, operators, etc.

Demonstrate a high level of initiative to drive and achieve improvement opportunities focusing on high quality user-experience

What You Will Need To Bring With You:
(experience & education required)

Knowledge and familiarity with maintenance execution and turnaround applications usage, installation, and configuration

Experience managing IT/Software initiatives and projects (leading status meetings, gathering and working through requirements, focusing on agile and iterative deliverables)

2+ years’ experience in the deployment and on-going management of software applications in an enterprise environment

What Will Put You Ahead:
(experience & education preferred)

Experience in installation, configuration, and monitoring of SAP Plant Maintenance & Fiori apps, Hexagon EAM, Toadfly IPS, Mobideo, Procore, Hexagon Accelerator KMS, MRO Auto Warehouse (Infor WMS), CompuCal/Procal, LeanKit, Hexagon J5

Experience with deploying and maintaining interfaces between maintenance execution and turnaround applications and other IT Systems

Other developer technologies: SQL, Python, C#, .NET.
