Job Purpose

The purpose of this job is to handle Vendor coordination and moulded components

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

  • Duties and Responsibilities – Responsible for PO creation: Checking enquiries receipt of quotation negotiation. Analyzing the requirement based on production plan consumption & placing order for imported material. Placing PO as per MRP / NPD requirement. Tracking for PO : Follow-up for material against the pending PO. Co-ordination with suppliers as well as transportation for on-time delivery. Co-ordination with accounts for timely bill booking & release of payments. Resolving payment related queries with supplier Communication with cross-functional team to understand the requirement of material & arranging the same. Maintaining of records for ISO critical material prices etc.
