*Manage all AMC and Service reminders like Customer Care Phones/PCs/Laptops/Printers/EPBX/Security System/Cameras/Weighing Scales.
*Handling Office Stationery & Packing Material Records.
*Solving minor issues of office equipment.
*All Two/Four Wheeler Insurance Policy due Dates Reminders.
*Tickets & Hotel Booking.
*Daily Incoming / and Supplier Out Parcel Record.
*M. Admin Issue / Receipt & Suppliers Parcel Entries.
*Backup Of Softwares.
*Maintain Petty Cash Box.
*Reconciliation of accounts.
