ABOUT THE ROLE:
Responsible for assisting the team to carry out efficiently merchandising services and activities.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Include but not limited to
Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. Review Cost packages & Purchase Orders thoroughly to ensure accuracy of all data prior to submit to Merchandise Supervisor or Manager. Handle & Communicate customers’ requirements clearly and accurately to factories and ensure vendor’s understanding. Monitor delivery status to an extent of on time production coordinating closely with vendor and production team. Check & arrange sample submission directly to customers for approval unless any complication. Obtain MS or MM consent advice. Ensure documents from factories, e.g. vendor review reports, cost break ups, mini markers etc come on time & are complete. Follow up and ensure/monitor safety issues(CPSIA ,XRF screening) with vendor/supplier and report to MS or MM. Visit Vendor’s Facility regularly for follow up meetings and recap meeting/discussions to SM and advise if any potential risk. Monitor and make Wash Standard available from LWR and timely submission of WAS by Vendor Other duties assigned by supervisor

Skills:
Self motivated and well disciplined to follow LWR SOP.
Able to work independently and act proactively.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access).
Good command of spoken and written English.
Able to communicate effectively with internal functions, vendor’s Laundry team.
Confident with “Can do” attitude.
Good interpersonal skill
Experience 4 years.
Language Proficiency: English and local language fluency in both oral and writing. Competency required:

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor/Master degree from reputed Institute or Diploma/bachelor from Fashion Institute or, in Textile Technology.

External communication required: 70%
