Koolair Systems Private Limited Hiring for Junior Accountant at India Full Time

The Job responsibilities of the accountant will include:

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Compute taxes owed and assisted consultants in preparing tax returns, ensuring statutory compliance, reporting, filing of periodical returns and other tax requirements, statutory payments including Tax deducted and collected, Goods & Service Tax, Profession tax;
• Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, project future revenues and expenses or provide advice. Reports organization’s finances to management and offer suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies, and assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
• Establish tables of accounts, assign entries to proper accounts and substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Communicate with Manager and/or Director on work status and client issues that arise.
• Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
• Secure financial information by completing database backups.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
• Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results. Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
• Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel and direct their work activities.
• Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
• Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Assist the internal and external auditors, knowledge of accounting, auditing Standards/IAS;
• Support month-end and year-end close process;
• Appraise, evaluate, and inventory real property and equipment, recording information such as the property’s description, value, and location.
• Maintain and examine the records of government agencies including Labour Laws EPF, ESI, etc., Legal Metrology Act, Weight & Measurement, MRP Laws, etc.;
• Communicate effectively with clients and contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client personnel.

Requirement

• Regular Studies from Reputed University B.com(H), M.com (preference Delhi) & CA
• Candidate age should be below 40 Yrs.
• 5 – 8 years working experience in Corporate Group

• Salary will Be based on working Experience as per Job Description

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
