**Job Description:**
As a Relationship Manager in the National Pension System (NPS) Channel, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and adoption of NPS within your assigned territory. Your key responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Sourcing potential clients from PSUs and government offices.
– Setting up meetings with HR and reporting managers.
– Converting retired personnel leads into clients.
– Managing and visiting channel partners regularly.
– Building and maintaining strong relationships at points of sales.
– Providing excellent service to existing customers.
**Qualifications:**
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
– Familiarity with the National Pension System and financial products is a plus.
– Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
