Key Responsibilities :

• The Analyst shall work closely with The team to help cover a few sectors, execute M&A transactions and support the team.
• Work shall entail towards preparing trading comparable, financial models & valuations, investor profiles, several deal marketing documents (pitch books, information memorandum, company profiles), industry analysis, and other similar analyses from time to time.

Skills Required:

• Be fluent in spoken and written English and having good understanding of financial concepts
• The candidate would be strong analytically and have the ability to handle multiple work mandates
• Familiarity with databases such as Bloomberg, Thomson One, CapitalLine, etc. and tools such as MS Excel (advanced), MS PowerPoint and MS Word shall be an advantage.
