Job role –Implementation and auditing of offline and online media campaigns
Candidate will be part of central media planning and buying team report to me (Head of media, Group Marketing) and would provide assistance in below function.
Job Description –
1. Media Campaign – for offline and online
a. Campaign monitoring
b. Liaising with agencies for bills and reports
c. Internal co-ordination with different business teams for billing
d. Check and maintain campaign delivery report
e. Campaign Reconciliation for TV and other media’s
f. Maintain, update and share media invoice tracker and clearing payments with media agency in liaison with internal teams
In addition to above, candidate has to work with central media planning and buying team for below:
2. Non campaign –
a. Media monthly provision to be shared based on campaign execution
b. Work with internal and external auditors for campaign audit requirements
c. Prepare and maintain MIS for spends and budgets assigned to central team
d. New agreements or renewals – coordination and closure for documentation
Achieve accuracy and error free implementation
Process adherence and paperwork: enhancement of processes if required
Skill required :
1. Excel
2. Understanding of accounting and billing
