Job role Good in communication skills for proper co-ordination between Business & IT teams as the role will be of hybrid nature, major co-ordination with various Business teams & then work with various IT teams for building the application/ enhancements  Sharp writing skills for writing down BRDs/ test cases  Rich experience on the system development & testing side.  Experience of Lead Management System application would be an added advantage  Innovative thinking for developing smooth DIY journeys  Business knowledge on the Assets products like Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, etc. space is added advantage  Programming skills with any of the latest versions of Java; PHP; Python, Java Scripts  Knowledge of integration concepts and patterns like XML Schemas; SOAP.  Ability to work independently and in groups  Adaptive to new age technology and adoptions to disruptive tech platforms.
