Job Role :

• Project management and Business Analysis skills.
• Good understanding of Digital Account opening Concepts.
• Hands-on experience in developing and executing test cases and test plans as per specifications
• Good experience in creating/maintaining test data in test environment as per test scenarios.
• Experience in documenting test results, defects and collaborating with development team, internal teams and business users to retest and defect closure.
• Working knowledge of Automation testing and tools like postman, SOAP for API testing.
• Should have good experience in writing complex SQL queries and data analysis
• Strong ability to work with multiple teams.
• Coordination with various department / Users like Product teams, RL Ops, IT, Vendors, External agencies etc. to execute projects as per requirement
• Well versed with Office Automation tools like MS Excel, MS Access, and PowerPoint etc.
• Prepare User Guides / PPT’s and train users on newly developed System functionalities.
• Work with Internal customers to resolve their issues, identify opportunities for automation to minimize manual intervention.
• Thorough Knowledge of Products & systems related to Savings Account product and RBI guidelines

Job Requirements :

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Complete knowledge on customer onboarding digital solutions.
• Well Versed with EKYC/VKYC and digital account opening concepts
• Fair idea on system integration approaches.
• Extensive experience in end to end Product / Project implementation in banking domain.
• Atleast 6 year’s total experience and minimum 4 years’ experience in the related field required for this position.
• Well versed with Office Automation tools like MS Excel, MS Access etc.
• Should be an effective Team Player
• Should be a Graduate or a Post Graduate.
• BFSI domain knowledge is a plus
• Added advantage of experience on working on salesforce platform
