Liaising with IT, Digital, Product, Business teams, legal, compliance and empanelled vendor for smooth execution of projects
Monitor system/business application performance as per agreed deliverables, SLAs
Taking periodic measure of system adoption, usage after Go Live and publishing it with all Key stakeholders
Assisting Business team in case of any production issues by co-ordinating with IT and Vendor teams.
