Kothari Auto Hiring for Technical Trainer- Automobiles at Pune, Maharashtra Full Time

As a technical trainer you will be responsible for:

1. Training technicians on all aspects related to automobiles, working, fault identification, fault diagnosis, report writing, etc.

2. Co-ordinate with OEM to plan training schedules and actively participate in in-house training and OEM conducted training.

3. Support the non-technical staff in educating customers in matters relating to automobiles working, functions, features, etc.

4. Perform training need analysis and prepare skill matrix of each technical member of workforce.

5. Prepare a motivated and confident technical team and become a one point contact for resolving all queries related to the automobiles.

6. Must be passionate about automobiles and encourage information dissipation among all teams.

7. Be an active and contributing team member to contribute in overall growth of each manpower in workshop.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: From ₹30,000.00 per month
