Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for the administration and maintenance of Purchase and Distribution Orders for inbound finished goods with the objective of ensuring on-time delivery dates to meet customer demand.
• Track consignment – coordination with logistics partners / 3PL
• Maintaining records/invoices
• Works flexibly and across a broad range of activities as the role evolves.
• Manage all import/export logistics activities on a day-to-day basis.
• Logistic planning getting competitive freight rates from transporters.
• Checking all freight bills/invoices.
• Preparing documents for import/export shipment.
• Responsible for insurance claim settlements

Preferred candidate profile

• Female Candidates
• Any graduates/Any postgraduates
• 3 – 8 years experience
• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Hindi (preferred)
• Must have knowledge of Tally GST
