• Assist senior team members in daily routine compliance work and tax advisory services
• Deliver consistent Performance Manager delight.

• Feedback from Client Service Reviews (CSR) – > 80% very good & excellent and <3% negative feedback

• Ensure compliance with risk management requirements
• Adhere to operational excellence norms on work areas
• Seek guidance from seniors before interaction with department offices

• Number of successful projects managed
• Feedback from relevant stakeholders
• Quality of work done – timely manner with high accuracy

People

• Ensure effective utilization across projects

• Timely completion of Open PD process
• Leverage firm’s internal tools and resources to up skill and manage time & relationships better
• Developing technical skills
• 100% adherence to L&D initiatives of Tax

• Continually strive to understand the economic environment in which the business operates and provide excellent client service
• Broaden skill set by investing in technology/digitalization to add value in this dynamic environment

• Minimum utilization should be clocked at 70% to 75% at all times

• Proactively take action in case of personal independence breaches / violation of code of conduct / company policies at any point in time

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

Qualifications:

• B.Com/BBA Graduates

• Min. relevant PQE is 0-1 year
