JOB DESCRIPTION
- Shall have a front-facing role in a team
- Responsible for assisting the Engagement Manager in the planning and execution of projects, guiding Analysts and actively participating in client management
- Will lead the team for field studies, data collection and interpretation, sampling and consultations with the client and other stakeholders
- Responsible for report development, presentation to the client
- Will assist in identifying opportunities in the market in CSR space and development of concept notes, proposals
Responsible for internal project management procedures and risk processes
QUALIFICATIONS
MBA/ Masters in a field related to Development Studies, Social Work, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Rural Development from a premier college
