Job description:

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Pega Developer with a strong background in Pega CLM/KYC, end-to-end application development on Pega Infinity, and deep knowledge of modern UI frameworks including Theme Cosmos, UI Kit, and Cosmos React. This role demands not only technical expertise but also leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and support the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure Pega applications from scratch, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead and own the end-to-end delivery of Pega CLM/KYC modules including onboarding, due diligence, and risk assessment processes.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution architecture and implementation approach.
• Build modern, responsive UIs using Theme Cosmos, Cosmos React, and UI Kit based on the application needs and user experience goals.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and quality assurance to ensure robust and maintainable solutions.
• Mentor junior developers, enforce best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards and practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across Pega layers and work closely with other teams to resolve them.
• Prepare technical documentation, estimation, and design specifications as required.
• Stay up to date with Pega product releases, particularly around Pega Infinity and its evolving capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Pega development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega CLM/KYC frameworks, data models, and out-of-the-box rules.
• Proven experience in developing Pega applications from scratch on Pega Infinity (v8.7 or above).
• Expertise in Theme Cosmos, UI Kit, and Cosmos React with a clear understanding of SPA behavior and DX APIs.
• Pega certifications such as Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) or CSSA are highly preferred.
• Experience with DevOps practices, unit testing (e.g., PegaUnit), and CI/CD pipelines in Pega is an added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Prior experience in mentoring and leading small to mid-sized development teams.
