Sills Required

• Process Mining, Process Analysis, Process Improvement and Process Optimization
• Process Audit and Conformance Check
• Workforce Optimization through Process Optimization
• Understanding and experience with ERP and workflow systems (especially SAP)
• Any experience with visualization tools would be an added advantage
• Business Analysis for Large Scale Analytics/BI solution Implementation
• Project and Risk Management – Project Scoping, Effort estimations, Manage project risk, timelines, reviews and deliverables
• Team Mentoring & Coaching
• Technology Skills (one or more)
• Process Mining Tools – Such as Celonis (Primary), UiPath, Signavio, Software AG, Pafnow, Minit, Disco, Data Management – Database, Warehouse/Marts, ETL
• SQL, BI/Reporting – Data Visualization and Reporting Dashboards
• Optional – Process Simulation, AI/ ML, Industry Knowledge (one or more)
• Manufacturing, FS, Banking, Insurance, CPG/Retail, Telecom and Pharmaceutical.
