Responsi bilities
Support to Partner and Associate Partner – managing travel and expenses, timesheets and help with key meetingsSupport the wider CH team in Bangalore – international travel of any colleague, department PR/PO, vendor payment support, support to HR Team with activities such as promotions-related logistics, gifts disbursement, etc.), support with team events, client visits, etc (indicative list, overall support to the department as needed)Support the Business Operations team occasionally around above listed or other admin activities like seat planning, etc.Act as a BCP to the Gurugram (GGN) based EA in case of excess workload in GGN / GGN EA on leave / etc.

Essential Skills
Strong coordination skills with the ability to interact and manage queries from multiple stakeholdersStrong understanding of business processes such a calendar management, expense filing, PR / PO, etc.Entrepreneurial outlook / self-starter attitude to independently own and drive solutionsAbility to regularly and proactively interact with key stakeholders / team managers to seek relevant information / updatesStrong and consistent quality control and eye for detailExcellent communication skills
Prior Experience
The candidate must have c. 6-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role
