What is the recruitment process:
As a small team (~50 folks), it’s imperative that we get to know each other before taking the leap. We want to ensure you succeed in your role within our team. Each conversation (telephonic/video conference) with us will last about 40-60 minutes. The process will occur over telephonic calls, so you don’t need to worry about travel.
Setting expectations: This will be a call to understand your profile and expectations briefly.
Skill Assessment Task: This will be a task that assesses you on some of the core skills you’ll need to succeed in this role.
Technical conversation: This will be a telephonic call with a senior member of the team wherein you can expect to be evaluated on your functional skills and other competencies needed for the job, mentioned below.
Culture fit conversation: A telephonic conversation with our Founder/CEO to ensure that there is a fit with the Kraftshala Kode.
Extending an offer: If all goes well, we will extend an offer mentioning the relevant details.
Compensation & Benefits:
You should expect 3-3.6 LPA INR / annum as your salary

Admin Executive – Role Description
What you will be doing:
Drafting and double checking of documents relevant to our community including internal as well as external stakeholders
Monitoring and cross referencing of details of candidates enrolling in our programs, in various processes like screening tests, agreements etc
Record, maintain and report the relevant documentation to administer the smooth functioning of organizational activities
Research, prioritize and help team members resolve concerns related to operations or regular administrative tasks like rolling out the contracts, NDA’s etc
Leading additional administrative tasks on an ad-hoc basis
Must Have Competencies:
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and a knack of getting things done in time and in full
Ability to clearly and crisply communicate ideas and thoughts, both verbally and in writing
Nice to Haves:
1-3 years of experience in an Administrative role
