We are hiring for International BPO in Thane , Maharsahtra for Customer Service; Domestic Voice Process (Day Shift)
Job Description :
- Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint,
Requirement :
- Candidates should have Excellent English Communication Skills.
- Candidate should be atleast +2 / HSC
- Should have multitasking attitude.
**Cab will be provided till Thane station
Job Type: Fresher
Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
