Process & layout Planning : – Assembly & layout planning for new model introduction including conceiving and conceptualizing aspects such as line balancing, line side component distribution, ergonomics, safety, quality measure, optimum space utilization, process automation, data traceability, etc.

Preparation of specifications for new equipment/equipment modification and integrated equipment and line layouts,

Design & application of jig-fixtures to aid assembly process. Develop and plan concepts such as lean, just in time, kaizen, Kanban and 5S.

Plan and execute FMEA (Failure mode effect analysis) to minimize quality defects.

Deliver production in line with quality, cost and delivery targets.

Define and drive the implementation of improvement plans on operational (Q, C, D) and managerial (absenteeism, safety) results,

Develop Multi skill Employee production teams (develop team efficiency, multi-skills), Represent Site management towards employees.

Ensure production according to quality required by the customer

Ensure that procedures are respected and self-inspection performed

Ensure rework and non-conformances (internal and external) are treated

In line with concerned work packages, stick to and manage the monthly cost base :

Optimize the allocation of available resources, track individual time sheets

Manage budget through indicators (productivity & overheads)

Participate in continuous improvement of processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹17,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
