Krsh Welfare Organization Hiring for Psychology Internship at Delhi, Delhi Full Time
Krsh provides community-driven solutions for mental health. Krsh trains volunteer for mental health counseling, to make it accessible and affordable for everyone. Using community intervention, Krsh removes the stigma and hesitation involved in seeking help for mental wellness.
Krsh has a tech-driven work culture even though it’s a nonprofit organization. Krsh has an in-house platform to train counselors, for psychometric assessments, and to facilitate the counseling process.
Krsh currently focuses on youth’s mental wellness challenges and solves them by using a derivative of Success-Focused Behavioral Therapy and Buddy Pairing.
Job Description:
1. Research about any one common mental health issue, for the urban population in the age group 12-21 years (from the onset of puberty period)
2. Find symptoms of people suffering from your selected issue
3. Prepare a detailed list of assessment questions on how such issue is affecting the mental health of the beneficiary
4. Find a teletherapy solution as guided by your manager
