Job Description

Summary To support main production with regards to the process, technical problems and to sustain the smooth flow of production lines without the delay or downtime in each process and the same time to support the quality of the product by elimination of defect on production line. Essential Functions

• Develop and implement advanced processes and SMT methodologies.
• Perform defect and failure analyses for Surface Mount Technology (SMT).
• Lead improvements in process yield, quality, cycle time, inventory accuracy and delivery.
• Lead a team of SMT Machine Operators and Process Technicians.
• To define SMT assembly process and to upgrade it
• To deal with process abnormities.
• To improve pass rate and decrease rejection rate.
• To implement and testify special manufacturing processes.
• To set process parameters.
• To evaluate new components and new process.
• Assist in development of process documentation (work instructions, process specifications, process controls and procedures)
• Establish procedures for process monitoring, process validation and control.
• Attend daily production and board meetings.
• Establish and implement procedures to collect and report manufacturing measurements.
• Assist in TPM system creation, Preventive Maintenance support and equipment care.
• Identify and implement cost saving opportunities.
• Lead, inspire, coach, and mentor the production team.

• Good understandings of various Electronics Components.
• Strong Knowledge about Fuji Solder paste printer Pick and place, SPI, AOI and X-Ray machine.

Work Environment This job operates in a shop floor environment. This role routinely uses standard equipment such as solder paste printer, pick and place reflow, AOI, X-Ray, computer and scanner. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

• Full Time – Onsite
• Exempt from Overtime
• Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Alternate Saturdays – 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Required Education and Experience

• BE/BTech in Electronics or Similar Discipline with 3+ Years.
• Diploma in – Electronics & Communication or Similar Discipline with 6+ Years.
• ITI in – Electronics & Communication or Similar Discipline with 10+ Years.
• IPC-A-610 Latest Revision Standard.
• IPC-J-STD-001 Latest Revision Standard.
• Strong Knowledge in Electronics Components.
• Sound Knowledge in ESD/MSD.
• Strong Knowledge about Reflow Profiling & Solder paste printing process.

Excellent technical skills, strong analytical abilities, project management skills, and strong communication skills. Preferred Education and Experience

• PCB Assembly best practices and industry knowledge a plus.

• Manufacturing experience a plus
