You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.
Your Role
Your primary objective will be to support warehousing activities focusing on operational excellence. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders, focusing either on multiple or one key site.
Your Responsibilities
You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders, focusing either on multiple or one key site + on the following key objectives.
To implement all annual excellence certification activities for your site; striving to achieve ever higher levels of operational excellence.
To ensure awareness of key production system/continuous improvement tools + programs across operational activities.
To audit your site against operational excellence standards.
To execute continuous improvement projects with a focus on annual hard savings targets.
To coach your colleagues in the skills needed to drive operational excellence activities.
To support deep dive value stream mapping events.
To support + monitor Kaizen projects to deliver productivity + quality improvements in operational activities.
Your Skills and Experiences
Excellent communication skills.
Graduation is mandatory.
6-8 years of experience in handling a similar role.
Production System Green Belt/Black Belt Certified is mandatory.
