Kumar Properties Hiring for Accounts Manager at Pune Full Time

Candidate will be working as Accountant/Sr.Accountant and reporting to Company CFO/Finance Manager or Director–

Routing working involves –

Should have working knowledge in Real Estate Sector, especially in Residential Projects.

Good knowledge of basic concepts of accounting.

Passing Journal entries related to day to day transactions including Sales, Expenses direct and indirect for real Estate business

Preparing Bank reconciliation statement

Liaison with bankers for construction finance proposal.

Preparation of GST returns and TDS returns

Preparation of balance sheet and related schedules including liaison with statutory auditors.

Working experience in an ERP atmosphere

Preferred Work experience of 5 years in real estate industry

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
