As a Field Sales Executive specializing in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with retailers and distributors. Your primary focus will be on expanding our market presence, increasing brand awareness, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet Sales Target: We need you to sell a lot of our drinks. You’ll have targets to meet, and we want you to go above and beyond to reach them.

Find New Customers: We want you to find new people and businesses who might want to buy our drinks. You’ll also need to keep our current customers happy.

Meet senior-level executives: Sometimes, you’ll need to talk to important people in other companies. You’ll negotiate with them to make sure they buy our drinks.

Build rapport : We want you to build good relationships with our customers. We want them to like us and keep buying our drinks.

Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced sales environment.

Demonstrated ability to successfully create and nurture business from new and existing customer accounts.

Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience:

FMCG Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Language: English, Kannada[applicable for Banglore region only] , hindi [preferred], Tamil [applicable for Coimbatore region only]

License/Certification: Driving License (Required) + own two wheeler

Willingness to travel: 75% (Required)
