Job Description
Roles and responsibility
- Conduct
on-site visits to client locations to facilitate module training and
implementation - Provide training to clients
on our inventory software modules through online or offline. - Collaborate with clients to
implement software modules. - Conduct thorough bug
testing and troubleshooting. - Maintain comprehensive
records and reports related to client interactions and support activities. - Provide
timely and effective resolutions to client inquiries
Skills required
- 1-2
years’ experience - Customer-facing
experience - Willing
to travel ,Hard working - Good
Knowledge on tally, accounting ,inventory - Excellent
problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mind-set. - Good
communication ,Any one south Indian language - Any degree
