Job Description

Roles and responsibility

  • Conduct
    on-site visits to client locations to facilitate module training and
    implementation
  • Provide training to clients
    on our inventory software modules through online or offline.
  • Collaborate with clients to
    implement software modules.
  • Conduct thorough bug
    testing and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain comprehensive
    records and reports related to client interactions and support activities.
  • Provide
    timely and effective resolutions to client inquiries

 

 

Skills required

  • 1-2
    years’ experience
  • Customer-facing
    experience
  • Willing
    to travel ,Hard working
  • Good
    Knowledge on tally, accounting ,inventory
  • Excellent
    problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mind-set.
  • Good
    communication ,Any one south Indian language 
  • Any degree
    preferably B.com
