• This role assists the Computer Operator by providing services in a multi-vendor, multi-protocol complex system environments. They will interact with clients, vendors and management to ensure high level of client satisfaction. They will act as a technical resource and point of escalation for Operators or management. They will be engaged in identifying and resolving complex problems relating to product or service installation, hardware or software updates, configuration, operations, performance, or other aspects of information technology products and services related to the operations environment.

Minimum of 2 years of experiencein IT industry• Validated knowledge & troubleshooting skills of Batch scheduling tools-Autosys

• Participation on Major/Severity incidents for resolution and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for the Major incidents.
