The Role

As part of the SAP Platform Data and Analytics team, you will be one of the most senior BW/4HANA Consultants on the team, overseeing the IT, data, and analytics work of the team.

You will provide thought leadership towards the product technology strategy and support the creation of a future data engineering competency inside of the team.

Your creativity and judgment will be applied to analytical and data projects within Kyndryl‘s business environment.

Kyndryl‘s SAP landscape is a large complex hybrid model, with on-prem Cloud hosted S4 Hana and HCM Payroll combined with SAP Cloud solutions such as ARIBA/Fieldglass and SAP Commissionaire to name a few.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the various components of our SAP S4/HANA, Business Warehouse landscape and its downstream corporate data lake, both from a technical and a business perspective.

• Provide technical guidance and coaching to other team members and develop guidelines, standards and checklists 

• Participate in planning and implementing the strategic S4/HANA globally

• Maintain consistent, high-quality project and solution documentation

• Develop, execute and document test cases to validate report and data accuracy, against documented requirements and design specification

• Build professional relationships with clients, management, and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions, support for development of business possibilities and for personal growth.

• Ensure the security and compliance of the application and comply with legal and internal regulations

• Contribute to high productivity and motivation of working team with excellent communication skills and a collaborative way of working.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Who You Are

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience. Experience and success in owning data solutioning processes end-to-end

• Advanced data analysis skills and quickly being able to translate business requests into technical database queries

• Excellent communication skills (written, spoken) working with multinational teams and end users

• Demonstrated experience in creative and proactive thinking, and flexibility /adaptability

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)

• Power BI and Azure platform knowledge is a plus
