Your Role and Responsibilities

MS Exchange server administration
Represent team in the calls
Implement exchange L3 tasks and projects
Perform regular Health Checks of servers
Backlog reduction maintiain SLA,CSAT

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Have at least 8 yers of experience in MS
technologies: Exchange Office 365
knowledge of power shell commands and scripts
Worked on Olutlook clinet issue
Good communication skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Exposure to MS windows operating system
MS Exchange, Office 365, Team
knowledge of power shell scripts
Experience in End User suppor
Good communication skills
