The Role
Ownership of the fulfillment of security services deliverables, SLAs, KPIs and Reporting
Ensure 100% successful EDR version updates in all machines and servers
Ensuring 100% BitLocker / Encryption
Ensure 100% Patch Compliance, validation and Remediation
Review and guidance to security team for alignment to best practices, processes and committed contractual security scope & deliverables
Handling security escalations and driving resolutions
Orchestrator of security incident resolution across security services for which Kyndryl is responsible, irrespective of the source of incident reporting (e.g., security incident reported by customer’s SOC team/ SOC service provider may need to be orchestrated for resolution by security lead based on the applicability of devices in scope for Kyndryl for resolution)
Leading security initiatives for continuous improvement and gaps closure, as per the applicability of the scope for services security
Participation in governance committee meeting with customer’s security stakeholders to identify future security roadmap, projects and driving the action plan for the same, as per the applicability of scope under this contract or addition scope under a change order
Collaborates with Kyndryl SMEs for advising future technologies
Alignment with Security Assurance team for risk and compliance adherence and driving the adherence to Security Assurance provided best practices on ground
Support Kyndryl Security Assurance Audit and SOC/Security Audit by customer
Integration and support to enable the logs with various devices, servers, network devices, services with the SOC tool / application.
Kyndryl team to provide all the necessary information, logs, screen shots and response etc. required by SOC team
Providing technical information, configuration, network-related information
Communication management with VECV stakeholders, users, business team at various levels as per customer guidelines.
Working closely with the SOC team to resolve the inscope incident as per the severity and impact analysis on VECV environment. Irrespective of Severity and all Incidents
Executing preventive actions prepared by SOC team and work closely with SOC till closure.
Daily actions to be taken on security devices, infrastructure as per inputs from the SOC team based on analysis on the incidents being identified.
Taking remediation actions / steps to respond and resolve the incident and neutralizing the situation as per inputs provided by SOC team.

Required Skills and Experience
•Bachelor’s degree
*8 years of relevant IT Security Services experience
Hands on experience on NAC, Crowdstrike, Email Security, Perimeter Security, Firewall & IDS/IPS
Understanding of SOC Operations
Proven experience leading technical team(s) through incident, problem and change management, as well as root cause analysis
•Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and customer stakeholders
•Industry recognized certifications in the aligned supporting area; Fortinet
•Must be fluent in English language(s)

FORESCOUT NAC, FORTINET FIREWALL, Cisco Ironport
