In Systems Management at Kyndryl, you will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers’ IT infrastructure. You’ll be the mastermind behind maintaining and optimizing their systems, ensuring they’re always running at peak performance.

Who You Are

Educational Qualification: Degree

Experience and knowledge : 5 Years relevant Experience – Should be have experience in Multi vendor Backup solution like IBM TSM , Netbackup, Neworker, HP, Dell etc)

Provide advice on the ITS backup and storage services. Manage and maintain the backup systems. Ensure backups are run to schedule and retention is met. Verify all full backup jobs

Certification

Industry leading OEM Certification

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

•Proven experience in system management, network administration, and technical support

•A solid understanding of operating systems (such as Windows, Linux, or Unix), networks, and software systems

•Familiarity with cyber security, incident response, security operations, vulnerability management, IT security architecture, risk management, cyber threat hunting, and cyber security standards

•Expertise in data warehousing, database administration and design, data quality, data modeling, data architecture, and various programing languages

•Proficient knowledge of network routing and switching, network troubleshooting, engineering and infrastructure, load balancing, and virtual private networks

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

•Systematic and troubleshooting skills

•Knowledge of databases (SQL, DB2, MySQL, etc.)

•Certifications in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or project management
