Your Role and Responsibilities

As a NetApp administrator, you are responsible to provide technical support with high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance. You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters
You are responsible to design, implement, and maintain NetApp, Panzura, Komprise platform to provide highly scalable, reliable, secured, highly available, fully optimized storage solution

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

5+ years of experience for Cluster Data OnTap 9 technologies & Ontap version 9.7/9.8.
Should have experience on both 7Mode and CMode systems.
Should have hands on experience on aggregate management, Volume provisioning, volume expansion.
Setting up NFS exports/CIFS shares, Space allocation, Space reclamation, Assigning disk quotas to users/qtree, Files / user data restoration from local/snapvault snapshots etc.
Setup/manage LUNs, Clones, Configure and manage iSCSI/FCP components
Setup/manage NFS/CIFS/multi-protocol File system access. Fabric manager/CLI; zone operations on cisco/brocade fabric switches.
Should be Proficient on non-disruptive FOS/DOT upgrades on brocade switches and NetApp controllers
Configure, administer and troubleshoot Asynchronous/ Synchronous/Unified Snapmirror replication.
Should be proficient on Storage clustering and High Availability management and metro clusters.
In depth knowledge and hands on experience on Disaster recovery within NAS/SAN environment.
Must be proficient in handling data migration needs within/across the controllers.
Closely work with Vendors for ongoing/proactive cases for timely resolution.

Proficient in working with high availability environment along with alignment to process (ITIL)
