Your Role and Responsibilities
PMR Handling and Troubleshooting. Reporter Installation and Configuration.Creation of Netcool ObjectServer, Filters, views and Event lists.
- Netcool/OMNIbus 7.3.1 administration and configuration.Administer users, groups, conversions.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Implemented three layer architecture (Distributed Architecture) of omnibus with different probes, webGUI, Reporter, ITM, ITNM, TBSM, TSRM.Installed and configure Omnibus 7.3.1 with FP5. configure Pad and connect Ping probe, Mttrapd probe and EIF probe from Pad. Installing and configuring Ping Probe, Mttrapd Probe and EIF Probe.Creation of Netcool ObjectServer, Filters, views and Event lists.Netcool/OMNIbus 7.3.1 administration and configuration.Administer users, groups, conversions.Installation & Configuration of Omnibus 7.1/7.2/7.3, & WebGui. Installation & configuration of Netcool standard Probes ( Ping probe, snmp, EIF, spectrum, Syslog probe, probe for sitescope, SCOM probe ).Installation of Impact version 5.1, 7.1.0.Configuration of Process Agent to seamlessly run various Netcool product instances.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Good Understanding of fail-over and High-Availability concepts
- Good understanding of Reporter Database in TDW.
