Your Role and Responsibilities
Experienced architect on Oracle ERP services, responsible for analyzing and translating market insights, business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions to achieve market demand on migration and modernization of Oracle ERP services. Architect will work to develop and improve capabilities of Oracle ERP solutions on Multicloud.o This role will lead a team of Oracle Architects and Developers in designing and development Oracle solutions for customers and be hands-on as well

• Study existing technology landscape and understand current application workloads
• Understand and document technical requirements from clients
• Define Migration strategy to move application to cloud
• Develop architecture blueprints and detailed documentation. Create bill of materials, including required Cloud Services and tools
• Design the overall Virtual Private Cloud VPC environment including server instance, storage instances, subnets, availability zones, etc
• Design the AWS network architecture including VPN connectivity between regions and subnets
• Design the HA / DR strategy
• Set up process, services and tools around cloud
• Leverage appropriate AWS/Azure/OCI services
• Validate the environment to meets all security and compliance controls
• Application Architect to manage Delivery (Build and Steady State) along with Architecture workload.
• Leads market, consumer, competitive research and analysis on migration and modernization of Oracle ERP Financial application products.
• Interprets client needs and use case scenarios, translates needs into differentiating and innovative Oracle ERP Financial services offering architecture, provides a long-term and short-term roadmap in line with migration and modernization services to cloud. Discusses requirements with development, sales and delivery teams and updates requirements to reflect feedback in the roadmap.
• Participates in the IBM technical review board and justify the technical aspects of architectural design and tool solutions.
• Ensures Oracle ERP Financial offering services architecture and design is optimized for digital discovery, consumption, and extensibility.
• Works with enterprise architect, information security, application & infrastructure teams to produce an optimal, conceptual, and cost-effective migration and modernization architectural design on Oracle ERP Financial services.
• Analyzes the current Oracle ERP Financial services architecture to identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvement such as enhancing business processes, expanding capacity, reducing time & cost, and increasing overall effectiveness. Acts as an arbitrator, as needed, to bring the appropriate parties together to drive discussions to decisions in a timely manner.
• Documents the Oracle ERP Financial services architecture, design and analysis work. Owns and documents the overall Oracle ERP Financial services application architecture based on industry standard architectural frameworks. Develops a migration and modernization capability road map on Oracle ERP financial services of the enterprise portfolio from current to future state.
• Analyzes technology industry, market trends and impact of SaaS/Cloud and determines the potential impact on the enterprise.
• Maintains relationship with Oracle ERP Financial services ecosystem vendors and maintains tools roadmaps. Facilitates the evaluation and selection of software product standards.
• Analyzes potential technology partner relationships for the offering and works to address any Oracle ERP Financial services architectural gaps in the offering portfolio versus client needs or competitive positioning via organic or inorganic means.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• In depth knowledge of key AWS/Azure services
• Experience assessing clients workloads and technology landscape for Cloud suitability
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure platform and tools
• Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive project from architecture standpoint
• Knowledge of best practices and market trends pertaining to Cloud and overall industry to provide thought leadership (seminars, whitepapers etc.,) and mentor team to build necessary competency
• Experience provisioning and spinning up AWS/Azure Clusters
• Experience to build scalable production systems (load balancers, memcached, master/slave architectures)
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Certification on AWS/Azure architecture desirable
• Identity and Security ( Single Sign-on, Hybrid Identity and Access Management, Integration of Directories)
• Knowledge of deployment orchestration and configuration management tools (Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Terraform, Kubernetes)
• Awareness of Oracle Databases and 1-2 Oracle Application ( EBusiness suite, Peoplesoft, JDE, Hyperion, OBIEE etc)
• Should have delivered minimum 3 projects on Oracle ERP EBS as Solution Architect with combination of Finance, Procurement/SCM, Projects and other Oracle ERP applications as well as EBS Technical aspects.
• Database 10g/12C, Fusion Middleware 12c, Experience in Oracle systems delivery including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and support
• Previous experience of the migration and upgrade of integrated Oracle solutions to public cloud
• Current knowledge of, and experience with, systems integration methods and technologies
• Configuration experience in WebLogic
• Professional mastery and knowledge related to translating customer needs and buying preferences, market trends and technology capabilities and competitive insights into segment strategy and offering technical architectural design requirements and executing on that vision throughout the offering life cycle.
• Drives success and determines where to compete, how to differentiate, and how to innovate business models and technology platforms by taking advantage of new digital technologies.
• Sound knowledge of Oracle ERP Financial Modules & Oracle ERP standard processes including integrations with Procurement/SCM, Projects. Working with data migration tools related to latest technologies like Microservices will be an added advantage.
• Should have working experience on EBS technical aspects (Workflow, Reports, Forms, Integration etc.) as a Techno-Functional consultant
• Should have good exposure to customer facing roles in implementation, migration, modernization to various cloud platform and Support Engagements on Oracle ERP solutions.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations as required to seller community and clients
• Driving Solution and development Architecture stream for Oracle ERP Offerings

• Development languages: REACT (preferred), Ruby, bash
• Environments: SLES, RHEL, AIX, Windows
• High Availability skills (e.g Linux pacemaker or PowerHA)
